1. Appointments

  • Booking: We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $35 fee. $35 deposit will not be refunded if you cancel on the day.

2. Arrival

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 mins advance for your appointment to allow time for check-in and to relax.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest. Full service charges will apply.

3. Payment

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated. We accept cash, zelle or Venmo. A standard tip is typically 15-20% of the service cost.

4. Health Considerations

  • Health Concerns: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Certain services may not be suitable for everyone.

  • Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please beware of that you will be laying flat during your treatment time. Please consult with your doctor before booking any treatments. We offer specific prenatal services.

5. Spa Etiquette

  • Quiet Environment: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please silence your mobile devices and speak softly while in the spa.

  • Personal Items: We recommend leaving valuables at home.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Children

  • Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may only receive certain treatments. Please inquire for details.

7. Spa Treatments

  • Service Modifications: Our therapists may modify treatments based on individual needs and preferences. Please communicate any requests during your appointment.
